We're a small team that works with academic theses and professional documents every day. We do typesetting, proofreading, bibliography formatting, plagiarism checks, methodology consulting, and document design. We never write the thesis for you — and that's precisely what sets us apart.
Why Holipore exists
The academic-services market in Romania is full of offers that promise "thesis on demand", "complete writing", or "guaranteed grade". Most of these offers are illegal (Art. 259 of Law 199/2023) and — more importantly — they strip the real value out of your academic process. A thesis written by someone else doesn't help you defend it, and doesn't prepare you for what comes after.
Holipore works differently. We help at the technical and editorial level — formatting, proofreading, bibliography, statistics, methodology — without touching your intellectual creation. Every engagement runs on a contract confirming that the final work belongs entirely to you.
How we work
Every project starts with a conversation on WhatsApp or email. We understand what you have, what you need, when the deadline is. We send a clear estimate. Once accepted, we work with full transparency — you get updates at every meaningful step. We deliver a complete document plus a version with tracked changes so you can see exactly what we touched.
Two rounds of revisions are included in every price. If you need more, we talk.
The team
The Holipore team has backgrounds in philology, social sciences, hard sciences, and design. Most team members work behind the scenes — you'll interact mainly with Vlad Buzilă, who coordinates projects and client relationships. For work that needs specific expertise (advanced statistics, visual design, technical terminology), we bring in the right person from the team.
