What this service is
A company's visual materials communicate before a single word is read. An unpolished pitch deck, an annual report lacking visual cohesion, or an investment presentation assembled under time pressure all send an unintended signal about the level of care the organisation applies to its own standards.
Corporate document design means building a consistent visual document system: a library of styles, templates, and graphic conventions that your team can use repeatedly, maintaining coherence from one presentation to the next, from one department to another.
We deliver

- Consistent document style system
- Source files for future editing
- Roll-out support and alternative format preparation
For whom
- Companies presenting results to investors or stakeholders
- Marketing teams launching new products or services
- Organisations requiring professional documentation at scale
How it works
- Briefing session. We discuss the purpose of the materials, the target audience, the presentation context, and your organisation's visual identity. If a brand guide or existing materials kit is available, we review it as a reference point.
- Visual audit and proposal. We review your company's current materials and identify inconsistencies or gaps. We propose a document system direction (structure, typography, colour palette, visual data treatment) for your approval.
- Prototype and validation. We deliver a prototype of the first material or primary template for feedback. This step prevents costly adjustments at a later stage.
- Full production. We apply the system across the full agreed set of materials. If the project includes multiple document types (deck + report + one-pager), we produce them with complete visual consistency.
- Delivery and roll-out support. You receive the final materials in agreed formats (PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF, InDesign), editable source files, and a concise guide to using the document system. If your team requires training on the templates, we include a presentation session.
Frequently asked questions
Can you adapt materials to the specific requirements of an investor or fund?
Yes. Investment funds and institutional investors sometimes have their own format requirements or information structure conventions. If you have an imposed template or a documented set of requirements, we work within those constraints.
How do you handle the confidentiality of financial or operational data in the materials?
All materials you transmit are treated with complete confidentiality. If your organisation requires a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the engagement begins, we will sign it without reservation.
Do you include animations or transitions for PowerPoint or Keynote presentations?
Animations and transitions can be included if specified in the brief. We generally recommend understated animations that support comprehension rather than distract from it; the final decision rests with you.
